1. Track Your Order Policy
We want you to stay updated about your order every step of the way.
How to Track Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID / AWB number on WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
- You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website/app to see the live status of your parcel.
- Tracking may take 24 hours to get activated after you receive the tracking ID.
- If you face any issues while tracking, you can always contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
- In case of delays from courier partners (weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues), we will keep you informed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation message from us within 24 hours.
- You must confirm your order by replying to that message. Once you confirm your order, cancellation will not be accepted.
- If you do not confirm within the given time, your order may be cancelled automatically by our team.
3.Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for the convenience of our customers. However, COD charges may vary depending on your location and delivery address.
- Location-based COD Charges
COD service charges depend on your pin code / delivery zone.
For nearby locations, charges are lower, while for remote areas, COD charges may be slightly higher.
- Why COD Charges Apply
Courier companies apply additional service fees for COD orders.
Deliveries to distant or hard-to-reach areas involve higher risk and cost, which is why COD charges may differ.
- Save with Online Payments
If you prefer, you can pay online through UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets to avoid extra COD charges.
- Transparency & Trust
We will always inform you of the exact COD charges at the time of order. There are no hidden charges.
4. Refunds for Prepaid Orders
- If the order is cancelled by us due to no confirmation, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders cancelled due to no confirmation will simply not be shipped.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only in case of errors from our side. Please read the points carefully:
Returns will be accepted only if:
- We delivered the wrong product, wrong size, or a damaged/defective item.
- A complete unboxing video is provided as proof — the video must be clear, uncut, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- You inform us and initiate the return within 2–3 days of receiving your order.
6. Promotions & Discounts
- Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after the order is placed.
- Each promotional code is valid for a limited time and may only be used once unless otherwise stated.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly mentioned.
- We reserve the right to cancel any promotional campaign or reject discount code misuse at our discretion.
7. Free Shipping Policy
We are happy to provide Free Shipping on all orders 🎉

- No extra delivery charges – You pay only for the product.
- Free shipping is available across India (subject to serviceable pin codes).
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- In case of remote or non-serviceable areas, our team will contact you with alternative options.
- COD orders may include COD service charges (if applicable), but shipping remains free.
8. Exchange & Return Policy
We do not provide exchange or return on any products. Please read carefully before ordering:

- Orders once placed cannot be exchanged for another size, color, or product.
- We do not accept returns if you change your mind after purchase.
Return/Exchange is not allowed for reasons like:
- Size issue
- Change of preference
