1. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, if you cancel within 24 hours, the order will simply be cancelled.

No refund is applicable for COD orders since no advance payment is made.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a full refund.

5. Product Mismatch or Quality Issues

If the product has stains, marks, or defects, or

If the product is not the same as shown on our website, then you are eligible for a refund.

6. Important Notes

Refunds will be processed only after proper verification.

We recommend recording an unboxing video for faster resolution of refund or damage-related issues.
